Every day, we come closer to our retirement. You might still be young and trying to save for it. Or you might have just said goodbye to your colleagues as you spend your last day at work. If you are planning to have a different environment during your retirement, you may be considering spending it in another country. Here are some of the best places to retire:

Australia

Although some parts of the Land Down Under have been hit by floods in the past few weeks, Australia has a reputation of being an ideal place. The lifestyle in this country is very laid back while being close to nature. There several languages used in Australia but English remains to be the primary language.

Applying for a retirement visa though may be a bit tough and you need to prove that you have enough income and assets. Most retirees opt to purchase a home in New South Wales or in Victoria. Going through the visa hurdles will be well worth it.

Florida

If you are from the United States and want to be a flight away from your family, Florida is a perfect place for retirement. The weather here is kinder to people who are getting older. Sunny days are perect for doing the backyard, brisk walking, or maybe spending some time in beautiful Florida beaches. The state also has several retirement communities. You can get a house near the park where you can always breathe some fresh air and stroll whenever you want to.

Ecuador

Ecuador is considered as one of the friendliest countries in South America. The place is very beautiful and peaceful. The extent of flora and fauna is unimaginable attracting scientists and tourists who are interested in the environment and wildlife. The weather is also perfect and not prone to the extremes. The cost living is also pretty affordable.

Le Marche, Italy

The weather in Le Marche is nice during the mornings but temperature tends to drop during the evenings. It is a wiser choice that Tuscany since the price of properties are relatively cheaper.
